I loved this book. Again the religious aspect and the templar "history" made for great reading. I loved how Jesus is portrayed as having a daughter and descendants. I mean according to the catholic religion (I am a catholic) Jesus was God and Man, so I don't really see the problem with him having a wife or a child. If he did have a wife and child , it doesn't bother me in the least as a catholic.
I also love how DaVinci was incorporated into the books as well as the Opus Dei religious sect. The ending was crazy too. For the longest time I didn't realize who the teacher was until it became obvious. While I do like Tom Hank as Langdon, again the movie did not do the book justice.
